I was nervous about leaving them as they usually only go to family members when needed.
Susannah couldn’t have been any more accommodating, coming early to run through the arrangements for the day and checking details for their medication and needs.
I got regular updates of the fun the dogs were having throughout the day and felt so reassured that they were happy and being super well cared for.
When I returned home the dogs were happy to see me but I’m sure they’d have equally been happy to stay with Susannah for longer!!

Susannah completely changed that.
She came to meet our girl and spent a lot of time (questionnaire in hand) getting to know her and every detail of her routine. Susannah goes to great lengths to mimic your own level of care and attention, while also introducing thoughtful additional elements to help engage and support your pet.

We needed someone who wouldn’t leave our dog’s side while we were away, and that’s incredibly hard to find! Susannah made it possible for us to travel abroad for the first time in a long time and truly enjoy ourselves, knowing our Emmy was in safe, caring, and responsible hands.

Susannah thinks of everything—any stress simply melted away. She consistently updated us, showing Emmy happily sticking to her routine or playing exciting new games. We even received some excellent photos, including professional-quality ones!

There are just too many good things about Susannah and her service to mention them all. Suffice to say, if you need specialist pet care and someone you can truly trust, look no further—you’ve already found her. Good luck to everyone trying to secure availability!

She's just finished her house sit for my two chihuahuas (one of whoms an 11 week old puppy) for which she has provided an extremely high standard of care for.

Her communication prior to the sit and during was spot on, regular updates, lots of beautiful photos (professional quality!!) and videos. I returned home to two very happy and content dogs and a spotless house too. :-)

I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional pet sitter. She gave me total peace of mind while I was away as I knew my girls were in safe hands and recieving lots of love and attention. I will defitnetly be using Mutt and Manor again in the future as my girls recieved the best care and had a great time.

Susannah's love for animals is apparent and she is very professional. I felt my fur baby was in safe hands whilst I was away and really appreciated the photos and regular updates. I'd recommend Susannah to anyone like myself, who is a bit apprehensive about leaving their pets whilst away. It's clear that she really loves animals and my whippet Maggie took to her straight away! Susannah took the time to listen and get to know all our routines and Maggie's little quirks. As well as Maggie having lots of lovely walks and lots of attention, the house and garden were all kept in order. Susannah looked after my pets whilst staying in our home for a week. Communication beforehand was friendly, professional and timely, so we could organise the week long stay to suit us and our pets. She did a fantastic job of looking after our pets sending regular check ins and photos. The house was immaculate when we returned.
