At Mutt and Manor, I’m dedicated to delivering dependable, compassionate, and expert pet sitter and house sitter services for your pets and home. Located in Holmes Chapel, I serve the local community within an 8-mile radius, providing services that cater to the unique needs of my clients.
My Overnight and my 24-hour ‘Live-In’ services provide your pets and house with personalised care while you are away. I arrive at your home at a convenient time for you and leave either just before you return or upon your arrival. Your house will be left clean and tidy, and should you need groceries for your return home, just let me know. Pet sitting and house sitting is my full time profession, not a side job. I don’t leave to walk other clients’ dogs or juggle other work so I can ensure your pets receive my complete focus and care.
For my 24-hour service I guarantee a minimum of 20 hours out of every 24 spent with your pets. Any time away is only for essential errands or appointments, and I tailor care to suit animals with special needs who may need constant supervision or have special needs or conditions such as canine megaesophagus.
I am fully insured, first aid trained, and experienced in administering medications including injections, so you can trust your pets are in expert hands. This isn’t just pet sitting. It’s bespoke, professional care for your treasured family members.
OVERNIGHT DOG SITTING
(14 hrs)
Perfect for one night only
- 14 hours e.g. 6pm - 8am
- 2 walks included (evening and morning)
- Food given as per your dog's schedule
- Medication given if required
- Daily health and wellbeing monitoring
- Basic grooming, teeth and ear cleaning etc.
- Special needs dogs catered for*
- Puppies catered for*
- Daily photo and video updates
- Your pet will not be unattended
- Plant watering, bins put out, receive post etc.
- I bring my own bedding and food
- I leave your home clean and tidy
£55 for the first dog + £10 for each extra dog.
E.g. 2 dogs = £55 + £10 = £65.

24-HOUR DOG SITTING
(per 24 hrs)
For longer trips away
- Per 24 hours e.g. 6pm Saturday - 6pm Sunday
- 2 - 3 walks included per 24 hours
- Food given as per your dog's schedule
- Medication given if required
- Daily health and wellbeing monitoring
- Basic grooming, teeth cleaning etc.
- Special needs dogs catered for*
- Puppies catered for*
- Daily photo and video updates
- Maximum time your pet will be left in a 24-hour period is 3-4 hours (to allow essential errands and appointments). Constant care available*
